Security
Stardehl takes the protection of customer and caller information seriously. This page describes our general approach to security. It is not an exhaustive list of controls and may be updated as our Services evolve.
1. Organizational measures
We limit access to production systems and customer data to personnel who need it to operate the Services. Team members receive training on handling sensitive information and follow internal policies aligned with our commitments to customers and applicable regulations.
2. Infrastructure and hosting
We rely on reputable cloud and telecommunications providers that maintain industry-recognized certifications and security practices. Data is processed and stored in environments designed with redundancy and monitoring appropriate to our workload.
3. Encryption and transmission
Connections to our website and customer portals use HTTPS (TLS). Internal transfers between components follow provider-recommended practices. Details of encryption at rest may vary by subsystem and are described further in enterprise documentation or agreements where relevant.
4. Monitoring and incidents
We monitor systems for anomalies and maintain procedures to investigate and respond to potential security incidents. Customers may report security concerns to hello@stardehl.com; please include as much detail as possible so we can assess quickly.
5. Your responsibilities
Security is shared: use strong passwords, protect account credentials, forward phone lines only through channels you control, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your Stardehl account or misuse of the Services.
6. HIPAA-related environments
If you handle PHI through Stardehl under a BAA, additional safeguards and subprocessors may apply. See HIPAA Compliance and your executed agreement.
7. Privacy
For how we collect and use personal information more broadly, see our Privacy Policy.
