1. Who we are
Stardehl operates an indoor digital billboard advertising platform. We provide tools for advertisers to upload creative, manage campaigns across indoor screens, and review billing. For privacy requests, email support@stardehl.com.
2. Information we collect
Account and company information
When an account is created, we may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, company name, business address, website, and related contact details.
Campaign and media information
We store campaign details (names, descriptions, schedules, billboard selections, plays-per-day allocations), uploaded image media assets, and related notes or statuses (including approval and rejection history).
Billing information
We store plan assignments, custom monthly rates, invoices, payment status, payment notes, and transaction records. Payments are processed outside the Stardehl platform; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Usage and technical information
We may collect login activity, session data, IP address, browser type, device information, and basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Communications
If you contact us, we keep the content of that correspondence and related metadata so we can respond and improve support.
